As a managed service provider (MSP), we have a "Desktop Plus" plan for desktop and laptop computers, and a "Server Plus" plan for bare metal, cloud, host and virtual servers.
Problems are identified and resolved usually before staff even are aware there was an issue. Behind the scenes, our 24/7/365 system monitors and manages Windows updates, 3rd party software patches and reports issues that may lead to downtime. Support, both remote and onsite, can be included in our managed IT plans guaranteeing you have a fixed cost each month. We also bundle antivirus, antimalware, scripting tools and reporting so that you know exactly what has been going on behind the scenes. We do not lock you into a lengthy MSP contract like others do. Should you decide it isn't right for you, we will do what it takes to make it right or you can give 30 days' notice to cancel the service. We even include free of charge monthly firmware updates for supported switches, routers, can centrally-managed wifi access points with Desktop Plus.
